MARITAL AGREEMENTS

Marital Agreements, also known as prenuptial agreements (pre-marriage) and postnuptial agreements (during marriage), are legal contracts that couples can use to define their rights and obligations regarding property and finances in a way that is different from how Texas law would automatically define their property rights in marriage.
